Admission Application: International Students
International students apply for Vocational Diploma Programs through this page. The application takes 15 to 20 minutes. Please use a computer or laptop and have your information and documents ready before you begin.
Who Can Apply
- International students, inside or outside Canada. Canadian citizens and permanent residents apply through the Domestic Student Application.
- Delivery: under current IRCC regulations, CCEC accepts international students in vocational diploma programs in the online distance education format only, unless the applicant holds a valid study permit when applying.
- Dates: see the Enrolment Schedule for session dates and application status.
Before You Start
- Read the program page and the admission requirements for international students.
- Check the start dates on the Enrolment Schedule.
- Use a valid personal email address that you check often. Fake, masked, disposable, alias, or incorrect email addresses may interrupt communication with the College.
- Have digital copies of your required documents ready. You will upload them after you submit the first step.
Enter your details exactly as they appear on your passport
Enter your full name, date of birth, and permanent or mailing address exactly as they appear on your passport. This information is used on your admission letters and contracts. It cannot be changed once the College issues documents for visa purposes.
If you notice an error after you submit, correct it right away by selecting Edit Profile in the login area at the top right of this page. The College is not responsible for errors on student contracts or Letters of Acceptance (LOA) once they are issued.
Which Applicant Are You?
1. New Applicant
Applying to Canadian Career Education College (CCEC) for the first time? Select 3A-Admission Intake (International) and enter your email address. This starts your admission assessment. You will provide your basic information, then upload your documents.
2. Current or Graduating CCEC Student
Applying for a new program to continue your studies? Contact the Admissions Office at admin@ccecollege.com before you apply, so your new application can be linked to your existing student record.

Select 3A-Admission Intake (International) and enter your email address in the form below to begin.
After You Submit
- Check your email right away. You will receive a message with the next step and a link to upload your required documents.
- Check your spam or junk folder if the message is not in your inbox.
- Complete the next step within 3 business days by uploading your documents.
System notice: the system deletes an application automatically if the next step is not completed within 3 business days. If your application is deleted, you must start again.
Required Documents
Admission requirements show that an applicant has the potential to complete the program successfully. Upload at least the following:
- A copy of government-issued photo identification in English, such as a passport biographical data page or a government ID card.
- Proof of a legal name change, if applicable (for example, a name change affidavit).
- A copy of your Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or a higher diploma or degree; or eligibility for Mature Student Status.
- Proof of English language proficiency.
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
