“Pay As You Learn” Fee Structure and Policy

These are short-term professional development programs and are exempt from the refund regulations of the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005. The College therefore sets the following policies.

1. Fee Structure

• Per-module pricing: total tuition for a program ranges from CAD $390 to $1,950, divided into 3 to 6 modules. Students pay CAD $150 to $390 per module.
• Payment schedule: pay course by course. The module fee must be paid in full before you can access the online learning portal or attend in-class sessions for that module.
• No long-term commitment: you do not have to buy all modules up front, and you may pause between modules. Tuition rates may change; paying for a module guarantees the rate for that module only.

2. Refund Policy

Because the program uses a pay-as-you-go model and gives immediate access to proprietary digital course materials, the refund policy is applied strictly.

• Before course access: if you request a refund before logging in to the online portal or attending the first in-class session, you receive a full refund of the module fee, minus a CAD $50 administrative processing fee.
• After course access: once you have accessed the online materials, downloaded course files, or attended an in-class session for a module, no refund is issued for that module.
• Withdrawal: you may withdraw at any time by not enrolling in the next module. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

3. Course Timelines and Expiry

• Module completion: students are expected to complete each module within the standard program time frame (total duration 8 to 12 weeks). After purchase, you have up to 30 days, or the duration set for that module, to complete its requirements.
• Extensions: may be granted at the College’s discretion on written request.

4. College Right to Cancel or Reschedule

• The College may cancel, reschedule, or change the delivery format of in-class sessions because of low enrolment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If the College cancels a module you have paid for, you may choose a full refund for that module or a transfer to the next available session.
