How to Pay by Wire Transfer, Bank Deposit, or Interac e-Transfer

Before You Pay

• Each student and program has its own fee amount. Pay the amount shown on your admission offer or invoice.
• Do not pay any fees until the College administration tells you to.

Option 1: Interac e-Transfer (Within Canada Only)

• Send the payment by Interac e-Transfer to feepayments@ccecollege.com. Auto-deposit is enabled, so no password or security question is needed.
• Include the student’s full name and student reference number in the message.
• This email address does not answer questions. For questions about fees or invoices, email Accounts and Refunds.

Option 2: Wire Transfer or Bank Deposit

• For LOA and tuition fees paid by wire or bank transfer in Canadian dollars, email your student reference number to Accounts and Refunds to receive the payment instructions.
• Processing time is 24 to 48 business hours from the time the payment reaches the College bank account.

After You Pay

Email Accounts and Refunds with your full name and the amount paid so the payment can be applied to your account.
