Pharmacy Licensing Exam Prep (PEBC): Mock Exam Access
100% online, self-paced access to mock exams for the PEBC Qualifying Examination Part I for pharmacists and for pharmacy technicians. Each exam has a diagnostic test, six area quizzes and a calculations quiz with an explanation for every answer, and four full-length timed mock exams that follow the PEBC blueprint. No lectures and no scheduled sessions: you register, your eligibility is assessed, and you take the mock exams online before your exam.
Not sure yet? Start with the Free Diagnostic Access (one week, no fee) and come back for the quizzes and mock exams.
Is this exam for you?
Both exams are set by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) and are used for registration in every province except Quebec. Not covered: Part II (the OSCE for pharmacists and the OSPE for pharmacy technicians), provincial jurisprudence exams and Quebec (OPQ) requirements.
The official exams
What you get
Per exam: pharmacist mock exams of 200 questions in 260 minutes; pharmacy technician mock exams of 150 questions in 200 minutes. The CCEC readiness mark on every mock exam is 75%; PEBC reports results as pass or fail and does not publish a percentage pass mark.
CCEC guarantee (Full Access and Combo). If you do not pass the official exam on your first attempt, you can have one further access period to the same Full Access, until your new exam date, at no charge. Send your official result notice and your new exam date through the support form. This is not a cash refund.
Who can register
To register you need to be preparing for a PEBC Qualifying Examination Part I and to meet PEBC's own eligibility for it. PEBC lists, among others:
You also need a valid government photo ID and proof of your PEBC exam eligibility or booking (for example your PEBC acceptance or Document Evaluation letter, or your exam booking) showing your exam sitting or date, uploaded with the Mock exam document upload form within 3 days of registering; the link is in your registration confirmation email.
Eligibility to write is decided by PEBC, and registration requirements are set by each provincial pharmacy regulator, not by CCEC.
