Admission Requirements
Eligibility
- Currently working, or seeking employment, as a law clerk, legal secretary, or paralegal.
- Open to applicants in Canada and in other jurisdictions.
International Applicants
- This program is delivered online and runs less than six months. A study permit and a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) are not required.
- Completion does not qualify a student for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).
Delivery and Assessment
The program is delivered 100% online in video format through the College learning management system (LMS), with instructor support. Written examinations are completed online and are open-book. Online students must meet the College System Requirements.
