Admission Requirements
Academic
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD); or
- A recognized Canadian healthcare credential, such as a PSW Certificate, SSW Diploma, or RPN licence; or
- Evidence of current or recent employment (within the last 24 months) in a related occupation.
- Applicants aged 19 or older without a secondary school diploma may apply through the Mature Student Assessment.

International Applicants
- Applicants from any country are welcome.
- This program runs less than six months. A study permit and a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) are not required.
- Completion does not qualify a student for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).

Delivery and Assessment
100% Online
Self-paced study through the College learning management system (LMS), with real-time instructor support. Practical skills are assessed through instructor-monitored online evaluations.
100% In Person (Vaughan Campus)
Instructor-led classes with hands-on practical training. Attendance requirements are set out in the course syllabus.
In both formats, written examinations are completed online and are open-book. Online students must meet the College System Requirements.
