Module 2: Privacy, Security, and Legal Frameworks

A critical look at the legal responsibilities of handling patient data, including PHIPA compliance, cybersecurity basics, and managing user permissions.

Module 3: Health Information Systems and Database Architecture

Focusing on the technical engine of healthcare software, including database fundamentals, cloud vs. on-premise hosting, and infrastructure management.

Module 4: Clinical Workflows and System Interoperability

Focusing on real-world application, including scheduling optimization, e-prescribing, and how different medical systems communicate with one another.

Module 5: Data Analytics and Professional Leadership

Using data for decision-making, generating efficiency reports, and preparing for leadership roles in digital system migrations.
