Individual Module Path (CPD): For HVAC or Electrical techs wanting to specialize in "Smart City" and "Smart Home" integration.

or

Full Certificate Path: Completion of all five modules for the Professional Certificate in Building Automation.


Specialized Module Breakdown

   Module 1: IoT Sensors and Network Infrastructure: Understanding how devices communicate within a building.

   Module 2: Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC Integration: Controlling climate and energy through centralized software.

   Module 3: Security, Access Control, and Smart Lighting: Integrating surveillance and automated lighting schedules.

   Module 4: Energy Management and Sustainability Data: Using smart tech to reduce a building's carbon footprint.

   Module 5: Smart Home Ecosystems and User Interface (UI): Designing systems for Google Home, Alexa, and professional platforms like Control4.
