This 30-hour module provides a professional-grade deep dive into the intersection of mechanical HVAC systems and intelligent building software. It is designed for technicians and engineers who need to bridge the gap between "installed hardware" and "intelligent automation."
Upon completion of Module 2, participants will be able to:
Analyze a building’s mechanical layout and propose a BAS integration plan.
Configure BACnet/IP controllers and map data points to a centralized head-end.
Program energy-efficient sequences that align with modern ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
Troubleshoot communication errors between HVAC hardware and software interfaces.
Total Duration: 30 Hours
Credits: 3 CPD Credits / Stackable toward Full Certificate
In-Person Delivery: 6 Sessions (5 hours per day)
Online Delivery: 100% Online (6 Hours Synchronous / 24 Hours Asynchronous)
Schedule: 5 hours per day over 6 days.
Environment: Technical Lab with live HVAC demo rigs and BAS software workstations.
Instruction: 100% Instructor-led with real-time hardware manipulation.
Synchronous (20% - 6 Hours): Three 2-hour "Live Lab" sessions. These focus on software programming, real-time troubleshooting simulations, and Q&A with industry experts.
Asynchronous (80% - 24 Hours): Self-paced video lectures, technical reading, virtual simulator labs, and modular quizzes.
