Communication is the most critical tool in a Grief Navigator's kit. This module focuses on the "soft skills" that are often the hardest to master.

• Key Topics: Active listening techniques, facilitating difficult family meetings, and managing conflict during high-stress transitions.

• Outcome: Students will gain the confidence to lead sensitive conversations and provide a calming presence for families in crisis.

• Courses type: Modules 

• Total Duration: 15-40 hours to be completed in 2-4 weeks

• Tuition: $390 per module (Affordable & High-Value) Take all modules or one by one. Pay As You Learn Fee Structure/Policy. Fee is 100% refundable if admission not approved.
