Admission Application: Short Study, Micro-Credential, and Bridge Training Programs
Domestic and international applicants apply online through this page. The application takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Please use a computer or laptop and have your information and documents ready before you begin.
Who Can Apply
Our Short Study, Micro-Credential, and Bridge Training programs serve learners at every stage of their career, whether they are starting out or moving into a new field.
- Domestic and international learners: online programs have no geographic restrictions. You can study from anywhere.
- Visitors in Canada: you may enrol in these short programs if your current immigration status allows short-term study.
- Career changers and lifelong learners: there is no maximum age limit. The College values work experience as well as formal education.
Before You Start
- Review the program page and the admission requirements: General Admission Requirements and Health Care Services Admission Requirements.
- Check the start dates on the Enrolment Schedule.
- Use a valid personal email address that you check often. Fake, masked, disposable, alias, or incorrect email addresses may interrupt communication with the College.
- International applicants: read the Important Notice for International Applicants before you apply.
Which Applicant Are You?
1. New Applicant
Applying to CCEC for the first time? Enter your primary email address below to create your learning management system (LMS) profile, then submit your application for assessment. Watch your email, including the spam folder, for the link to upload your required documents.
2. Current Student, Same Program
Continuing to the next module of your current program? Do not create a new application or profile. Email the Admissions Office at service.admin@ccecollege.com. The team will extend your admission and add the next module to your profile.
3. Current Student, Different Program
Enrolling in a different skilled trade or certificate program? Submit a new application using a different email address from the one linked to your current LMS profile. This keeps the records for each program separate and accurate.

After You Submit
- Check your email. You will receive a confirmation message with instructions to upload your required documents.
- Check your spam or junk folder if the message is not in your inbox.
- Complete your application within 3 business days by uploading the required documents.
System notice: incomplete applications are deleted automatically after 3 business days. If your file is removed, you must start the application again.
To correct an error after you submit, select Edit Profile in the login area at the top right of this page. The College is not responsible for errors on student contracts or Letters of Acceptance (LOA) once they are issued.
International Applicants
Under Canadian immigration rules, foreign nationals may take a program of six months or less without a study permit. The programs on this page are completed within that time.
- No study permit required for these programs.
- No Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) required.
- Online delivery lets you earn a Canadian-issued certificate without travel or relocation.
- No Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP): completion does not qualify you for a PGWP.
- You are responsible for making sure your current status allows short-term study in Canada.

Important Information
- This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
- These programs are professional development certificates for skill upgrading. They do not grant a professional licence or registration with a regulatory body.
- All admission requirements, including the first tuition payment, must be completed at least 30 days before the start of any Short Study or Bridge Training program.
- Completion does not guarantee employment or a specific salary.
- Online students manage their own study schedule once course materials are released and must meet the College System Requirements.
