Admission Instructions: Short-Study Applicants

To ensure your application is processed correctly and your student profile is set up without technical errors, please follow the instructions below based on your current status with Can College.

1. New Applicants

If you are applying to Can College for the first time:

  • Step: Simply enter your primary email address on the application portal to create your Learning Management System (LMS) profile.

  • Action: Submit your initial application for assessment. Once submitted, monitor your email (including your spam folder) for the mandatory document upload link.

2. Existing Students: Continuing the Same Program

If you are a current student and wish to continue into the next module of your current program:

  • Step: Do not create a new application or profile.

  • Action: Send an email directly to the Admissions Office. Our team will manually extend your admission and update your current profile to include the upcoming module.

3. Existing Students: Enrolling in a New Skilled Trade

If you are a current student but wish to enroll in a completely different skilled trade or certificate program:

  • Step: You must use a different email account than the one currently linked to your LMS profile.

  • Action: Submit a fresh application under this new email to start the assessment for the additional program. This ensures your records for different trades remain separate and accurate.

  • Critical Next Steps after Submission

Once you have submitted your initial application, please follow these instructions immediately to avoid losing your progress:

  1. Check Your Email: Look for a confirmation message containing instructions for the next step, which includes uploading your additional mandatory documents.

  2. Monitor Your Spam Folder: Automated emails may sometimes be filtered. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the message in your primary inbox.

  3. Complete within 3 Business Days: Your application must be completed by uploading the required documents within 3 business days.

Important System Notice: Incomplete applications are automatically deleted by the system after 3 business days. If your file is removed, you will need to start the registration process from the beginning.
