      Simple, 100% Online Admissions

We believe elite education should be accessible to those willing to do the work. Our application process is entirely digital, seamless, and designed to get you started quickly.

To qualify, you must meet ONE of the following:

      • Option 1: Grade 12 Diploma (or global equivalent).

      • Option 2: Mature Student Status (MSA). If you don't have a high school diploma but are 18 or older, simply pass our online Mature Student Status (MSA) assessment to qualify!

“Mature Student Status” or “Mature Student Assessment”
Mature student status may be granted to applicants who are over 19 years old and do not have a high school diploma or GED. It is intended to allow applicants who have not completed high school the opportunity to be considered for admission based on the skills and experience they have acquired since leaving school.

If a prospective student does not have a grade 12 education certificate which is equivalent to a Canadian secondary school certificate due to any reason, the college will still consider the student for admission to its programs if the student passes a qualifying test that has been approved by the Superintendent (The Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Ontario).
What qualifies you as a mature student?

This program has been “Approved as a vocational program under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.

For Domestic Students (Canadian Citizens & Permanent Residents)

Government, Front-Line Enforcement, and Public Service For Canadian citizens and permanent residents, this diploma provides the exact educational foundation required to pursue high-stakes, front-line roles with federal and provincial agencies. Graduates are qualified to apply for officer, processing, and management-level positions with:

      • Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)*

      • Immigration Enforcement Services Agencies

      • Canadian International Airports

      • Federal Citizenship and Immigration Departments (IRCC)

      • Provincial Immigration Ministries

      • The United Nations and global aid organizations assisting immigrants and settlers. (Note: Front-line enforcement roles with federal agencies like CBSA require applicants to hold Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency and pass extensive government security clearances.)

      2. For International Students & Global career seekers

Legal Assistance, Authorized Agency Work, and Global Processing For international students, this program is the ultimate credential to master the Canadian immigration system from your home country. It equips you to work seamlessly with Canadian legal systems and build a lucrative career in global mobility:

      • Authorized Immigration Agents: Qualify to work as a designated agent for Canadian lawyers and CICC-regulated members.

      • Legal Assistants & Law Clerks: Secure roles within Canadian immigration law firms handling complex case processing, visa applications, and global enforcement procedures.

      • Global Aid & NGO Roles: Provide expert immigration processing and resettlement assistance for international aid organizations and NGOs around the world.

      • Deep System Knowledge: Ideal for international professionals who want to completely understand Canadian immigration law, procedures, and the border enforcement system.

Stand Out in a Crowded Job Market

Imagine a hiring manager at a law firm, a global aid organization, or a major international airport reviewing thousands of resumes for a single open position.

      Scenario A: The Average Applicant

Most applicants apply with a general university or graduate degree. While they have an education, they possess zero specialized knowledge, zero technical skills, and no understanding of actual Canadian immigration case processing, forms, or enforcement protocols. Their resumes look exactly like everyone else's.

Scenario B: The CCEC Graduate Advantage

Now, consider the applicant who stands out. They possess their baseline credentials plus a specialized Diploma in Citizenship and Immigration Case Processing and Enforcement Services from CCEC. When a hiring manager sees this on your resume, it tells them three things immediately:

      1. You already know the complex mechanics of the Canadian immigration system.

      2. You require zero expensive, baseline training—you are ready to handle case processing on day one.

      3. You have a verified, specialized credential from the only college in Canada offering this program at this level.

      The Result?

While general degree holders sit at the bottom of the pile, CCEC graduates elevate themselves above the crowd. This elite specialization gives you the critical edge needed to be short-listed first, prioritized by recruiters, and selected for high-demand roles.

Important Clarification Regarding Career Roles: CCEC (Can-College) advises all students that government and private-sector roles are entirely distinct. Immigration Officers (employed by IRCC) manage citizenship and immigration matters, while Border Services Officers (employed by the CBSA) oversee border enforcement and entry control. Furthermore, graduates pursuing careers as Immigration Agents, Legal Assistants, or Law Clerks in the private sector do not hold government authority. These professionals perform case processing and legal support duties, and are legally required to practice under the direct supervision of a licensed Canadian lawyer (e.g., LSO member) or a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing.
