Whether your background is in Civil or Common Law, our mission is to ensure your transition into the Canadian legal landscape is as seamless and efficient as possible.
We are committed to your success. In the unlikely event that a student does not pass their designated licensing exam after completing our program, we offer the following:

Flexible Learning: Retakes are available in either live online or recorded video formats to suit your schedule.
1. Nature of the Program The C.C.E.C. – NCA Review Program is an independent educational initiative developed to a law school academic standard. Its primary purpose is to assist students in refining their legal analysis and exam-writing techniques for the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) examinations.
2. Voluntary Participation Enrollment in this prep class is strictly voluntary. This program is not a prerequisite for licensing, nor is it mandated, endorsed, or required by the NCA, the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, or any provincial law society.
3. No Guarantee of Results While our curriculum is designed for rigor and many students find success in their first or subsequent attempts after completing law school-level programs, C.C.E.C. does not guarantee a passing grade. Success on the NCA exams depends on various factors, including the student’s individual preparation, prior legal education, and performance under exam conditions.
4. Independent Study & Accuracy Our materials are designed to supplement, not replace, the official NCA syllabi and required readings. While we strive for accuracy, the legal landscape and NCA requirements are subject to change.
As a candidate for the Canadian legal profession, it is your responsibility to maintain professional diligence regarding your accreditation process. By enrolling, you acknowledge the following:
Policy Awareness: You are solely responsible for staying updated with all NCA policies, syllabi changes, and exam instructions. You must regularly consult the official NCA website for the most current information regarding exam dates, formats, and permitted materials.
Integrity and Conduct: You must adhere to the NCA’s rules of conduct and academic integrity. C.C.E.C. materials are for personal study use only and may not be shared or redistributed in violation of copyright or NCA policies.
Administrative Deadlines: You remain responsible for all NCA registrations, fee payments, and scheduling. C.C.E.C. does not act as an intermediary between the student and the National Committee on Accreditation.
Acknowledgement: By proceeding with enrollment, the student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclosure.
To qualify for admission to the Licensing Prep Course Process, an applicant must have graduated from an accredited education program or assessed by respective authority.
